2. Service Description

Galileo Education provides educational technology courses for children, specifically the AI Starter Camp program.

3. Registration and Payment

Course Fee: IDR 149.000 per student (original price IDR 299.000)

Payment Method: Online payment through Xendit payment gateway

Confirmation: Registration is confirmed upon successful payment

Class Capacity: Limited spots available per session

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Customer

7+ days before class: 100% refund
3-6 days before class: 50% refund
Less than 3 days before class: No refund
No-show: No refund

4.2 Cancellation by Galileo Education

Insufficient participants (minimum 3 students per schedule)
Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions)
Instructor unavailability due to illness or emergency
Refund: 100% refund or rescheduling option

4.3 Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted via email to contact@galileoedu.id
Include registration details and reason for cancellation
Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days
Refunds will be made to the original payment method

5. Class Schedule and Location

Location: Gramedia World BSD, lt 3. Jl. BSD Raya Utama No.22, Tangerang

Duration: 1 hour per session

Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 6 / 7 September 2025

Time Slots: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM (various time slots available)

Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes before class starts

6. Participant Requirements

Children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian
No prior technical knowledge required
You need to bring your own laptop or we can rent a laptop for you (IDR 500.000 per day)
Comfortable clothing recommended
Bring water bottle and light snacks if needed

7. Safety and Liability

Galileo Education maintains a safe learning environment
Parents/guardians are responsible for their children's behavior
Galileo Education is not liable for personal belongings
Emergency contact information must be provided during registration
First aid kit available on premises

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Galileo Education complies with Indonesian Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP):

Personal data collected only for registration and communication purposes
Data will not be shared with third parties without consent
Parents can request data deletion after course completion
Photos/videos may be taken for promotional purposes with consent

9. Intellectual Property

Course materials and content are property of Galileo Education
Students retain ownership of their created projects
Sharing of course materials without permission is prohibited
Galileo Education may showcase student work with permission

10. Force Majeure

Galileo Education is not liable for delays or cancellations due to:

Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, etc.)
Government restrictions or regulations
Pandemics or health emergencies
Technical failures beyond our control
In such cases, classes will be rescheduled or refunds provided

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Indonesian law. Any disputes will be resolved through:

Direct negotiation between parties
Mediation if direct negotiation fails
Jakarta District Court as the court of jurisdiction

By registering for our courses, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PT Hadiwidjana Inovasi Teknologi.
